Due to the custom nature of our pet portrait products, it takes a bit of time to personalize and build your order from the moment you place it. 

Shipping Times
Within the US: Orders within the U.S. typically arrive within 2-3 weeks. However, orders placed during holiday periods may experience longer shipping times, up to 4 weeks.

UK, Australia, Canada & Europe: We estimate orders to arrive within 3-4 weeks from the date of purchase. You may experience longer shipping times during peak holiday seasons, up to 5 weeks.

Shipping Cost
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $100+ in the US only. 
For orders under $100 in the USA, we charge $10 flat rate shipping.
For all orders in Canada, UK, Australia, and select European countries, we charge $10 flat rate shipping.
